Business Professor and management consultant, Terry Pruner is responsible for managing the overall direction of the Training Department as well as delivering programs in customer relationship management and leadership.
More than 20 years of progressive leadership roles combined with a lifelong fascination with human development, Terry has developed a unique approach to teaching that leaves his students motivated and inspired. For the last ten years, he has been developing tomorrow’s leaders in the college classroom while working with executives in some of todays most successful companies.
Terry is reputed to be an industry “guru” for assessing, designing and improving environments for creating “remarkable moments” for customers and employees. He has designed and engineered relationship management environments for many of North Americas most recognizable Banking, Telecom, Automotive, Retail and other fortune 500 companies and government organizations.
Terry has a masters degree in business administration with a focus on digital communications and social media. His academic credentials and “real world” experience, combined with a clear and entertaining delivery style makes Terry a fun and engaging speaker.
