Today’s teachers are not simply public speakers. They need to share knowledge in a way that busy distracted adults will be engaged. They need to consider the stresses, priorities, diversity and unique learning styles of their audience. And equally important is that they need to know what they are talking about. The Training Department faculty are experienced subject matter experts who have been trained to facilitate and engage students in an adult learning environment. Each Course Leader is responsible for developing their own course content using the proven Training Department model. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, is that our faculty are passionate about teaching and creating success in others.

Sonny is a successful entrepreneur, with more than 30 years of experience in sales, business development and management, specializing in commercial real estate and facilities consulting.

Jeff has spent his entire career in Sales and Sales Management, a span that extends almost 35 years. A graduate of the University of New Brunswick in Kinesiology, and again in Business Administration, Jeff also holds a Teachers License for Ontario and New Brunswick.
